Join Leash-Free Halton Hills Today!
Leash-Free Halton Hills is a volunteer group that works to provide safe, friendly leash-free areas. Our organization advocates for improvements to the leash-free dog parks in Acton and Georgetown as well as for the creation of additional leash-free park space in Halton Hills. Sponsors and donors provide the resources and community support we need to effectively work with the Town of Halton Hills to accomplish our goals.
Have a voice. All of our sponsors and donors are encouraged to attend our meetings, share ideas and vote in elections. For those who enjoy writing and or photography, we are always looking for contributions to our Facebook pages!
The dog parks in Acton and Georgetown are public spaces. Although users are not required to be sponsors or donors of our Leash-Free Halton Hills, we encourage all users who enjoy bringing their dog to the dog parks at Prospect Park or Cedarvale Park, to join us in our efforts to improve and create off-leash parks in Halton Hills.
