Leash-Free Halton Hills Georgetown

Cedarvale’s off-leash park is approximately .82 acres located at the corner of Main St. South and Maple Ave. (181 Main St. S.)
in downtown Georgetown. A securely fenced facility with a double-gated entrance to allow an easy, secure area to leash and unleash your dog. The park includes several seating areas and a covered shelter in case of inclement weather. LFHH communications are posted on site through a centrally located information board.

Lighting in the leash-free area is automated for extended enjoyment.

When driving, enter Cedarvale Park from Main St. South. Parking for the off-leash zone is located at the bottom of the hill prior to the main parking lot.

The park can also be accessed by pedestrian walkways on Maple Ave., Delrex Ave., Cedarvale Ct. or Terry Ct.

For those dog owners with smaller dogs, LFHH offers a “Small Dog Hour” every Sunday morning between 11:00 AM and Noon. Dogs 25 lbs and under have exclusive use of the Leash Free Zone during this time.

During this time, please feel free to visit the permanent small dog area at our Trafalgar Sports Park location, driving time is about 5 minutes.
